After last weekends shenanigans with the Nerf Shooting gallery, we had to get Daddy involved in the fun. We waited for the perfect moment for an ambush. Finally, our patience paid off. Nathan went out to the garage, and I mobilized the crack sniper team of Ben, Daniel and Nicholas. You can probably already see where this is going.
We were all set up at the end of the hallway. There was only one way back into the house, and daddy was going to have to get past us. When the door opened, the boys opened fire. Daddy began to do a crazy run-dance, picking up his feet like a high stepping drum major, weaving around like... I don't even know what. Daddy ran for the kitchen and hid behind the pantry door. The boys followed him, shouting for new weapons, or help reloading.
By the time the "dust settled" all of us were still standing. There was ammo strewn about the living room, dining room and kitchen. I think there's still a disc on top of the kitchen cabinets. The boys and I were impressed with our skills and a semi-successful attack (make no mistake, there was no 'sneak' involved).
Then daddy broke the news to me. "They shoot like stormtroopers. I didn't even get hit once." oh bother. The galactic empire knows how useful a stormtrooper army is. These boys need to become better shots if we have any chance at crushing the rebellion.
